She completed her Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) credential in 2017. Aliza took on more senior roles as a Senior Therapist in 2018, such as coordinating and conducting ABA training of new and existing staff, liaising with schools to establish inclusive learning environments, and supervising the quality of ABA services provided. She had also independently conducted workshops on the topic of ABA for handling children's behaviour.

In 2019, she began working in Dubai where she worked in a center implementing 1:1 verbal behaviour intervention. She earned her BCaBA credential in the same year and started taking on supervisory roles, including writing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and producing progress reports. Thus far, Aliza has worked with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and other related conditions ranging from 3 to 26 years old across a variety of settings. She has now completed her Approved Course Sequence (ACS) in Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), and is on her way to completing the BCBA credential.
