Hong Chun Tan, M.Sc., BCBA, LBA has worked closely with individual with developmental disabilities since 2014. He also supervised and trained therapists, parents and teachers to utilize ABA procedures in clinic, school and residential settings. Hong expanded his experience in applying behaviour analytic principles to manage a team of ABA therapists and staff in the centre and provided behavioural management trainings for organizations and SMEs. Hong is passionate about ABA and he likes to explore other applications of ABA, such as OBM and using ABA with Assistive Technology. Hong had presented his study in the EABG conference 2015 and together with his co-authors, he published his first journal article "Using task analysis to promote engagement in special educational settings".

In the field of ABA, staff high turnover rates and burnout are common issues that affect the quality of service delivery in the clinical or other workplace settings. Some of these factors may be contributed by performance management and the corporate culture in placed. As behavioural scientists, how can we improve our current working system and environment? This presentation will provide a general overview of Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM) and the applications of OBM in the workplace.
